4. הזמנה לדין
תיקון: תשמ״ה, תשע״ח
(א)הוגשה תביעה כאמור בתקנה 3, יצרף פקיד בית המשפט לעותק של כתב התביעה הזמנה לדין לפי טופס 2 שבתוספת.
(ב)בהזמנה לדין יוזמן הנתבע להגיש כתב הגנה תוך 30 יום מיום המצאת ההזמנה, ולהתייצב למשפט במועד שנקוב בהזמנה – אם הגיש כתב הגנה כאמור.
