8. החזרת אגרה
תיקון: תשע״ח
שילם אדם אגרה בעד בחינה בדיני מדינת ישראל או בחינת ההסמכה לעריכת דין ולא התייצב לבחינה כולה או לבחינה בנושא פלוני, יוחזרו לו ארבע חמישיות של האגרה ששילם בעד הבחינה שלא התייצב לה.
