18. תוכן הפרוטוקול
בכל ישיבה של המועצה ירשום מזכיר המועצה או עובד המועצה שהיא קבעה לכך פרוטוקול של הישיבה שיכלול לפחות פרטים אלה:
(1)שמות חברי המועצה הנוכחים בישיבה;
(2)סדר היום;
(3)שמות המשתתפים בויכוח;
(4)ההצעות;
(5)תוצאות ההצבעות;
(6)ההודעות האישיות;
(7)ההחלטות.
