7. הפסקת כהונתו של ראש המועצה
ראש המועצה יחדל מכהונתו באחת מאלה:
(1)הוא התפטר, והתפטרותו אושרה על ידי המועצה;
(2)הוא חדל להיות חבר המועצה;
(3)הוא הועבר מכהונתו בהחלטת המועצה שנתקבלה בישיבה שלא מן המנין, בקולותיהם של רוב חברי המועצה.
