2. רשיון קבורה
תיקון: תש״ל
(א)חברה לעניני קבורה חייבת ברשיון מאת השר.
(ב)תוקף הרשיון הוא לשנתיים מיום נתינתו.
(ג)השר רשאי לסרב לתת רשיון וכן לבטל רשיון אם לדעתו יהיה זה לטובת הציבור לעשות כן.
