13. תחזוקה ותפעול
(א)המחזיק בקידוח ימנה אחראי על הפעלה ותחזוקה של הקידוח.
(ב)האחראי יפעיל ויתחזק את הקידוח במיומנות הטובה ביותר.
(ג)ציוד וחומרים שאינם דרושים לתפעול הקידוח לא יוחזקו בחצרי קידוח.
(ד)כמות חומר החיטוי המוחזק בסמוך לקידוח לא תעלה על הנדרש להפעלה השוטפת במשך חודש ימים או שני מכלי כלור, לפי הגדול יותר.
