8. שאיבת נסיון
(א)בעת עריכת שאיבת הנסיון, לענין תקנות הפיקוח על קידוחי־מים, התשט״ז–1955, ימסור מחזיק הקידוח למעבדה מוכרת דוגמת מים מאפיינת משאיבת הנסיון לעריכת בדיקה מיקרוביאלית שלמה ובדיקה כימית שלמה וכן בדיקת דרישת כלור; את תוצאות הבדיקות ימסור לרשות בריאות.
(ב)הראו תוצאות הבדיקה כי המים אינם עומדים בדרישות תקנות מי שתיה, יגיש מחזיק הקידוח לרשות הבריאות הצעה לטיפול במים כדי שיעמדו בדרישות כאמור.
