תיקון: תשע״ז
בתקנות אלה –
”בן המקום“ – מי שגילו מעל 18 שנים, ומקום מגוריו הקבוע במשך שלוש השנים האחרונות לפחות או במשך ארבע שנים לפחות מתוך עשר השנים האחרונות הוא בתחום שיפוטה של הרשות המקומית שבה דיור בהישג יד להשכרה, ובלבד שהמציא את אישור הרשות המקומית לכך;
”דיור בהישג יד להשכרה“ – דיור להשכרה במחיר מופחת המאושר כמטרה ציבורית לפי תקנה 2 לרבות מסחר נלווה כמפורט בתקנה האמורה.
