11. הסבה לקיבוץ מתחדש
(א)קיבוץ המבקש לתקן את תקנונו כך שיסווג כקיבוץ מתחדש יכלול בתקנונו גם הוראות בדבר הערבות ההדדית.
(ב)בקשה לאישור תיקון תקנון תיתמך בחוות דעת של גורם מקצועי המעידה כי בהיותו קיבוץ מתחדש, יהיה ביכולתו של הקיבוץ לקיים את הוראות תקנות אלה.
