6. ועדת צרכים מיוחדים
(א)בלי לגרוע מחובת הקיבוץ לספק את הצרכים המיוחדים כאמור בתקנות אלה, יקים הקיבוץ ועדת צרכים מיוחדים שתדון בבקשות של חברים להכרה בצורכיהם המיוחדים ובהיקף הספקתם וכן בטענות של חברים שהספקת צורכיהם המיוחדים הותנתה כאמור בתקנה 4(ב).
(ב)לצורך קבלת החלטותיה רשאית הוועדה להזמין חוות דעת של רופא תעסוקתי ושל כל גורם מקצועי שחוות דעתו תיראה לה נחוצה בנסיבות הענין.
