8. שעבוד
חבר ששויכו לו זכויות באמצעי ייצור, הניתנות לשעבוד על פי דין, רשאי, בכפוף לכל דין, לשעבדן ובלבד שבהסכם השעבוד תיכלל הוראה ולפיה מימוש השעבוד ייעשה בהתאם להוראות תקנות אלה ולהוראות התקנון.
