תיקון: תשמ״ד
באגודה יצרנית, באגודה לשירותים למעט אגודה לתחבורה והובלה, העוסקת בהולכת נוסעים, ולפי צו הרשם גם בכל אגודה אחרת למעט מושב עובדים, מושב שיתופי או כפר שיתופי – תיפדה המניה, לרבות כל צורת השתתפות בהון האגודה, בסכום השווה לערכה ביום פקיעת החברות.
