14. קביעת ערך הפדיון
תיקון: תשמ״ד
(א)ערך פדיון של מניה ייקבע בידי רואה החשבון של האגודה תוך חדשיים מיום פקיעת החברות.
(ב)באגודה החברה בברית פיקוח ייקבע ערך הפדיון של מניה בידי רואה החשבון של האגודה מטעם ברית הפיקוח, תוך המועד האמור בתקנת משנה (א).
