16. ריבית על פיגור בפדיון
תיקון: תשל״ו, תשמ״א, תשמ״ד
לא נפדתה מניה בשלמותה או בחלקה, תוך שבועיים מיום פקיעת החברות, ישא הסכום שנותר לפדיון ריבית לתקופה המתחילה בתום השבועיים האמורים והמסתיימים ביום פדיון המניה בפועל, בשיעור הגבוה ביותר שבו חוייבו חברי האגודה במשך השנה שקדמה ליום פדיון המניה בפועל, ואם לא חל חיוב בריבית כאמור, יקבע הרשם את שיעור הריבית.
