7. חליף
(א)חבר אגודה רשאי לציין בהודעה לאגודה שלאחר מותו יועברו מנייתו או מידת השתתפותו בהון האגודה לאדם אחר, אחד או יותר (להלן – החליף); החבר רשאי לשנות מזמן לזמן את הודעתו כאמור.
(ב)באגודה שסווגה כאגודה לקופת גמל ופנסיה, יחולו הוראות תקנת משנה (א) בכפוף לתנאים שנקבעו בתקנות האגודה ובתקנון ענפי הפעולה של קרנותיה.
(ג)שם החליף יירשם בפנקס החברים.
