9. פדיון מניות
פקעה חברותו של אדם באגודה, שלא לרגל מותו, תפדה האגודה את מנייתו, לרבות כל צורת השתתפות בהון האגודה, תוך המועד הנקוב בתקנותיה, אולם לא יאוחר משנתיים מיום פקיעת החברות; הרשם רשאי להאריך את המועד האמור לשלוש שנים נוספות לגבי אגודות מרכזיות.
