תיקון: תשע״ג, תשע״ד, תשע״ט, תשע״ט־2, תשפ״א, תשפ״ג, תשפ״ג־2, תשפ״ד, תשפ״ו
מסכום הפיצויים המגיעים לניזוק לפי תקנות אלה ינוכה סכום המס שהניזוק חייב בתשלומו עד יום תשלום הפיצויים בפועל, זולת אם החליט המנהל החלטה אחרת; (בתקופת התקופה הקובעת): לעניין זה, ”מס“ – סכום אשר רואים אותו כחוב מס לפי חוק קיזוז מסים, התש״ם–1980.
