35. ניהול פרוטוקולים של ישיבות ועד
(א)בכל ישיבות ועד ינוהל פרוטוקול הישיבה, אשר יירשם בספר הפרוטוקולים ויכלול פרטים אלה:
(1)שם האגודה;
(2)תאריך הישיבה;
(3)מספר חברי הוועד;
(4)שמות חברי הוועד הנוכחים בישיבה;
(5)סדר היום של הישיבה;
(6)תמצית הדיונים וההחלטות.
(ב)יושב ראש הישיבה יאשר את הפרוטוקול בחתימת ידו; נרשם הפרוטוקול בידי מזכיר האגודה – ייחתם הפרוטוקול גם בידו.
