49. פתקי הצבעה ותיבת הקלפי
תיקון: תשפ״ד
יום אחד לפחות לפני מועד עריכת הבחירות תחליט ועדת הקלפי על צורת פתקי ההצבעה, תקבע את צורת הסימון עליהם בעת ההצבעה, ואם הבחירות אמורות להתקיים בדרך פיזית, תכין כמות מספקת של פתקי ההצבעה, תכין כמות מספקת של מעטפות ההצבעה ותסמן אותן, אם ההצבעה נערכת במעטפות, ותכין תיבת קלפי סגורה שלתוכה יוטלו פתקי ההצבעה (להלן – תיבת קלפי).
