6. סדרי הדיון באסיפה כללית
(א)יושב ראש הועד או אחד מחברי הועד יפתח את האסיפה הכללית, לא עשו כן, רשאי חבר האגודה שהסמיכה אותו לכך האסיפה הכללית או הועד לפתוח אותה.
(ב)הפותח את האסיפה הכללית יוודא כי קיים מנין חוקי של חברים ויציע לבחור ביושב ראש ומזכיר לאסיפה.
(ג)באסיפה כללית או באסיפה נדחית יש לדון רק בענינים שהיו בסדר יומה של האסיפה, כפי שפורסם בהודעה בדבר כינוס האסיפה.
