11. סוללות הגנה
תוך שנה מיום התחילה רשאים שר הפנים ושר התיירות, באישור ועדת הפנים ואיכות הסביבה של הכנסת, להחיל בצו את הוראות חוק זה, בשינויים המתחייבים בנסיבות הענין שייקבעו בצו, על סוללות בים המלח להגנה על מיתקנים ומבנים מפני עליית מפלס המים בבריכות אידוי, ובלבד שצו כאמור לא יטיל חובות על בעל הזכיון אלא בהסכמתו.
