5. ביצוע עבודות
(א)מבלי לגרוע מהאמור בהוראות שטר הזכיון ובכפוף להן, ועל אף האמור בחוק התכנון, יראו את העבודות כאילו הותרה עשייתן על פי חוק התכנון, בכפוף להוראות חוק זה, ובלבד שתחילת ביצוען של העבודות תהיה לפני תום שנה מיום התחילה.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף קטן (א), הוראות חוק זה לא יחולו על עבודה מן העבודות שלא נמסר לגביה מידע ראשוני בתוך המועד האמור בסעיף 6.
