21. מינוי נציגי משרדים אחרים לוועדה או מועצה
שר המבקש להביא לפני הממשלה מינוי של ועדה או מועצה הכוללת נציגים ממשרדים אחרים או שתחום עיסוקה נוגע למשרדים אחרים, יעשה כן לאחר פנייה לשר או לשרים האחרים, ועמדתם תצוין במפורש.
