23. דין החלטת ממשלה ודיון מחודש בהחלטה שנתקבלה
אין להגיש ערר על החלטת ממשלה.
ביקש שר כי הממשלה תדון מחדש בהחלטת ממשלה, ינהגו בה על־פי פרק א׳ בתקנון.
אין בבקשה כאמור כדי לפגוע בתוקפה של החלטת הממשלה או לדחות את ביצועה.
