25. ועדות שרים, היושב בראשן, הרכבן וסמכויותיהן
(א)הממשלה רשאית למנות ועדות שרים קבועות, זמניות או לעניינים מסוימים ולקבוע: את היושב בראשן, הרכבן וסמכויותיהן.
(ב)בוועדות השרים הפועלות על־פי חוק, אשר הרכבן לא נקבע מפורשות בחוק, תקבע הממשלה את הרכבן.
(ג)צירוף שר לוועדת שרים או חילופי גברי בהרכב ועדת שרים ייעשו בהחלטה של הממשלה.
(ד)שר המבקש לגרוע עצמו מחברות בוועדת שרים מסוימת, רשאי לעשות זאת בהודעה בכתב למזכיר הממשלה וזה יעבירה לידיעת חברי הממשלה.
