27. סדר היום של ועדות השרים
(א)סדר היום של ישיבות ועדות השרים ייקבע על־ידי יושב ראש ועדת השרים ויוכן בדרך שמכינים את סדר היום לישיבות הממשלה, ויחולו עליו הוראות פרק א׳ לתקנון, בשינויים המחויבים.
(ב)ראש הממשלה רשאי להורות ליושב ראש ועדת שרים לדחות קיומה של ישיבה בעניין מסוים, או לא לדון בעניין מסוים, או לא לקבל החלטה בעניין מסוים, מטעמים מיוחדים שיובהרו ליושב ראש הוועדה. סעיף זה לא יחול על ועדות שרים הפועלות על־פי חוק.
