41. החלטות ועדת שרים שהן על דעת הממשלה
(א)הממשלה רשאית לקבוע כי החלטות ועדת שרים תהיינה ”על־דעת הממשלה“, או כי עניין מסוים הנדון בוועדת שרים יהיה ”על דעת הממשלה“.
דין החלטות ועדת שרים במקרה האמור כדין החלטת ממשלה בישיבתה והן תצורפנה מיד לפרוטוקול החלטות הממשלה.
(ב)אין להגיש ערר על החלטת ועדת שרים שהיא ”על דעת הממשלה“.
(ג)סמכות ועדת השרים לפי סעיף זה אינה ניתנת להעברה לוועדת משנה.
