6. סמכות הנתונה על־פי דין בידי שני שרים או יותר – אי הסכמה
סמכות הנתונה על־פי דין בידי שני שרים או יותר ואין הסכמה ביניהם להפעלת הסמכות, השר שביקש מהשר האחר להפעיל סמכות משותפת ולא נענה בתוך שלושים יום, יביא את המחלוקת לפני ראש הממשלה.
