63. חקיקה דחופה
ראתה הממשלה צורך בחקיקה דחופה, היא רשאית לוותר על ההליכים של הגשת תזכיר־חוק, הגשת טיוטת־חוק והדיון בה וניסוח הצעת חוק, או על חלק מהליכים אלה; ויתרה הממשלה כאמור, היא תסמיך את שר המשפטים, יחד עם שר או שרים שתקבע, לאשר על דעתה נוסח הצעת חוק לשם פרסום ברשומות והגשתו לכנסת.
