75. פרסום על־ידי מזכיר הממשלה
(א)מזכיר הממשלה מוסמך לפרסם עניינים שפרסומם נאסר כאמור בסעיף 73 לתקנון.

(ב)בקביעת הנושאים הניתנים לפרסום, יפעל מזכיר הממשלה לפי הנחיות של ראש הממשלה, או של יושבי־ראש ועדות השרים, או של שר אחר שקבע לכך ראש הממשלה, דרך כלל או לעניין מסוים.
