82. הודעות בכנסת
(א)ראש הממשלה יקבע את השר אשר יביא לפני הכנסת הודעת ממשלה או בקשה לאישור פעולה, הטעונות הודעה לכנסת או אישור הכנסת, על־פי חוק יסוד: הממשלה, או על־פי חוק הממשלה, התשס״א–2001.
(ב)הודעות אחרות מטעם הממשלה בכנסת ימסור ראש הממשלה או שר אחר שהממשלה או ראש הממשלה הסמיכו לכך.
