3. העברת בוררים מתפקידם
רשאי הרשם להעביר בורר מתפקידו, בין שמינהו צד לסכסוך ובין שמינהו הרשם, אם נתגלה שהבורר אינו ראוי לאמון הצדדים, או אם התנהגותו של הבורר במהלך הבוררות גורמת לעינוי דין.
