5. המצאת הזמנה ומסירת מסמכים
תיקון: תשנ״ד
(א)מותר למסור הזמנה בדואר רשום עם אישור מסירה ורשאי הבורר לראות את ההזמנה לעד כאילו הומצאה כדין ואת התאריך המסומן באישור המסירה כתאריך המסירה.
(ב)מסמך בענין הבוררות שנשלח לבורר או לצד לסכסוך בדואר רשום עם אישור מסירה, רואים אותו כאילו נמסר לנמען בתאריך הרשום באישור המסירה.
