9. דרכי גביית עדות
(א)עדותו של עד או של צד לסכסוך תיגבה בכתב ותירשם ביד הבורר או מי שהוא הורה.
(ב)הבורר יזהיר את העד, לפני שיעיד, כי עליו להעיד אמת, שאם לא כן יהא צפוי לעונש הקבוע בדין.
