1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”אגודה“ – אגודה שיתופית שמקימה את קרן המילואים;
”קרוב משפחה“ – בן זוג, אח, הורה, הורי הורה, צאצא של כל אחד מאלה ובן זוגו של כל אחד מאלה;
”קרן מילואים“ – כמשמעותה בסעיף 41 לפקודה.
