15. השקעת נכסי קרן המילואים
(א)הנהלת קרן המילואים תשקיע את נכסי הקרן בזהירות ראויה ובהתאם למדיניות ההשקעה שאושרה באסיפה השנתית של האגודה לענין קרן המילואים.
(ב)ראתה הנהלת קרן המילואים כי קיים צורך לשנות את מדיניות ההשקעה שאושרה באסיפה השנתית של האגודה לענין קרן המילואים, תביא את הצעת השינוי לאישור לפני אסיפה כללית של חברי האגודה שתתכנס במיוחד לענין זה.
