4. תרומות החברים לקרן מילואים
אגודה רשאית להחליט כי חבריה, כולם או חלקם, יתרמו לקרן המילואים כספים או נכסים ממקורותיהם האישיים ובלבד שנתקיימו כל אלה:
(1)נקבעה בתקנון האגודה הוראה המאפשרת לאגודה לחייב את חבריה לתרום לקרן;
(2)שיעור התרומה ייקבע בהחלטת האסיפה הכללית השנתית של האגודה לענין קרן המילואים כאמור בתקנה 8;
(3)שיעור תרומות החברים ייקבע לפי קריטריונים שוויוניים, הוגנים וסבירים.
