1. התחייבות במעמד מתן גזר הדין
ציווה בית המשפט בגזר דינו על מתן התחייבות של נאשם להימנע מעבירה לפי סעיף 72 לחוק, ייתן הנאשם התחייבות כאמור, בעל פה, במעמד מתן גזר הדין, ומתן ההתחייבות יצוין בפרוטוקול הדיון.
