3. אגרת פרוטוקול
(א)על אגרת פרוטוקול יחולו הוראות תקנות אלה.
(ב)כל בעל דין זכאי לקבל עותק אחד מאושר מן הפרוטוקול ומפסק הדין ללא תשלום נוסף.
