7. השתק טענות
משהוחלט על שחזור תיק או חלק ממנו או מסמך, לפי תקנה 6, יבוא התיק או החלק ממנו או המסמך המשוחזרים, לכל דבר וענין, במקום התיק או החלק ממנו או המסמך המקוריים, ולא תישמע טענה כלפי שלמות התיק המשוחזר או החלק ממנו או מסמך שבו, נכונותם או קבילותם, אלא ברשות בית המשפט, שתינתן מטעמים מיוחדים שיירשמו.
