2. שידור דוח ניכויים
הנתונים הנדרשים להגשת דוח ניכויים ישודרו בטופס הדיווח המקוון המתאים לעניין, ברשת המייצגים או במערכת להגשת דוחות ניכויים, באמצעות תקשורת מחשבים ממחשב מדווח, על ידי כל אדם, ובלבד שקיבל את רשותו של החייב בהגשה.
