10. סימון
תיקון: תשל״ח, תשנ״ה
(א)המנהל או מי שהוא הסמיכו לכך, רשאי לסמן חיות בר שברשות מחזיק וכל תולדה שלהן.
(ב)המחזיק בחיות בר ימציא למנהל, לפי דרישתו, את חיות הבר במקום ובמועד שקבע המנהל לשם ביצוע הסימון, ויגיש לו כל סיוע הדרוש לענין.
(ג)על אף האמור בתקנות משנה (א) ו־(ב) רשאי המנהל לדרוש מהמחזיק בחיות בר לסמן אותן וכל תולדה שלהן בעצמו, בדרך שיורה לו המנהל.
(ד)בתקנה זו, ”חיית בר“ – למעט מזיק וחיית בר מטופחת.
