רשות מקומית המחזיקה חיות בגן חיות תמסור למנהל בכל שנה בין 1 בספטמבר ו־15 בו תסקיר, בטופס שהורה המנהל, על מספר חיות הבר וסוגיהן שבהחזקתה כאמור, במשך השנה שקדמה להגשת התסקיר.
