12א. בקשת היתר לסחר, החזקה או העברה
תיקון: תשמ״ג, תשנ״ה
(א)בקשה להיתר תוגש למנהל לפי טופס 2 בתוספת; עותק הבקשה יישלח למנהל השירותים הווטרינריים.
(ב)המנהל רשאי לדרוש מן המבקש פרטים נוספים הנחוצים, לדעתו, לטיפול בבקשה.
(ג)המנהל רשאי לתת היתר, בתנאים או בלעדיהם, לסרב לתתו, לשנותו או לבטלו בכל עת.
(ד)היתר יינתן לפי טופס 3 בתוספת.
