13. הוראת מעבר
(א)ההגדרה ”שירות לאומי“ שבתקנה 1 והוראות תקנה 2(ב) לא יחולו על בת מתנדבת אשר שירותה החל לפני יום התחילה.
(ב)גוף שהוכר כגוף להפניה לשירות לפי התקנות הקודמות לפני יום התחילה יראו אותו כגוף שהוכר לפי תקנה 3 מיום התחילה ועד תום שנתיים מיום התחילה.
