5. ועדת חריגים
(א)המועצה תמנה מקרב חבריה ועדת חריגים, שתדון בבקשות לפטור מבחינה.
(ב)מי שהוא בעל תואר אקדמי או רישיון שלא מתקיימים לגביו התנאים הקבועים בסעיף 3 רשאי לפנות לוועדת חריגים בבקשה לפטור מבחינה והוועדה רשאית לאשר את הפטור או לדחותו.
