36. איסוף פסולת מוצקת והרחקתה
(א)הפסולת המוצקת הנוצרת תוך תהליכי העבודה תיאסף בכלי קבול המיועדים למטרה זו, והם –
(1)יימצאו בקרבת מקום ביצוע העבודה;
(2)יהיו ניתנים להזזה בנקל;
(3)יהיו עשויים מחומר חלק, בלתי מחליד ואינו סופג רטיבות.
(ב)עם הרחקת הפסולת המוצקת ינוקה כלי הקיבול ויישטף.
