62. תעודת הדברה
(א)נעשתה פעולת הדברה בחומר רעיל, תישמר במשרד העסק תעודה הכוללת פרטים אלה:
(1)שם המדביר ומענו;
(2)תאריך הפעולה;
(3)סוג חומר ההדברה ומהותו.
(ב)התעודה תישמר במשרד העסק חצי שנה מעת סיום פעולת ההדברה.
