13. ציוד
(א)בציוד הבא במגע עם מוצרי מזון לא יהיו נחושת, עופרת או כל חומר אחר העלול להיות רעיל לאדם.
(ב)כל הציוד יהיה ניתן לניקוי ולחיטוי בנקל, עשוי מחומר שאינו סופג לחות, ויוחזק בכל עת שלם, תקין ונקי.
(ג)המנהל רשאי לדרוש הוספת ציוד או שטח אחסון להבטחת תנאי תברואה נאותים.
