15. אחזקת מזון במיתקן קירור
(א)במיתקן קירור יוחזק מזון מסוגים שונים בנפרד, באופן המבטיח שלא תהיה העברת ריחות או זיהום ביניהם.
(ב)מזון מוכן לאכילה לא יאוחסן באותו מיתקן קירור עם מזון גולמי.
(ג)מזון יוחזק במיתקן קירור באופן המאפשר זרימה חופשית של אוויר בין סוגי המזון השונים ומעליהם.
(ד)מיתקני הקירור יישמרו סגורים, למעט בעת הכנסת מזון לתוכם והוצאתו.
